Please bring your dental insurance card, a photo ID, a list of any current medications, and any previous dental records you may have. If records are not available, that is perfectly fine. Our team will gather everything we need during your visit.

Yes. You can contact your previous dentist and ask them to send your records to Bristol Dental Clinic, or you are welcome to bring copies with you to your first appointment. Either way, our team will make the transition as smooth as possible.
